What happens to a clients account if they decide to no longer use my services?
It's totally up to you. You own the license, not the client. Your options are:
1) Change the email address and password on the account so the client can no longer access it.
2) Ask your account manager to transfer the client account out of your Partners Control Panel and into the users own control. In this situation the expiry date for the license will remain the same but when it comes to be renewed the client will have to pay the full RRP.
